Job description

Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, & Material) through DMAIC approaches.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

• Lead and manage the ESI and NLoP teams.
• Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deploy IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, data collection, and projects.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate within a team to resolve problems.
• Establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually. Identify gaps and formulate actions to close them. Work with Operations to gain buy-in for new standards/KPIs related to TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
• Ensure data quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, and OEE.
• Be responsible for segment YoY productivity by continuously exploring efficiency and effectiveness improvements.

Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

• Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in work study, plant layout, material standardization, and headcount modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across various organizational levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications and AutoCAD.
