What is your mission?

• Collaborate with the business to provide ongoing talent solutions
• Attract and hire quality talent consistently

• Diagnose employee satisfaction issues and recommend solutions

Who are we looking for?

• Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferably with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Ability to handle multiple challenges and adapt to change
• Digitally savvy, with an affinity for social media
• Strong leadership qualities, visionary mindset, and innovative thinking
• Expertise in HR policies, recruitment, compensation, and employee retention in a BPO environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language
