Job Summary:
The Senior Manager (HR) for Retail Operations will oversee and support all HR functions for HQ and Store Operations, including general administrative matters for the Store Operations Support and Store Operations departments and their subsidiaries. This role plays a vital part in advancing the company’s vision, mission, and core values. Key responsibilities include strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The Senior Manager will ensure that HR initiatives align with and drive the company's business objectives.
