Job description
  • To lead our Industrial Relations and Employee Relations functions.
  • Able to lead negotiations with trade unions and manage collective bargaining agreements.
  • Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements, to manage Domestic Inquiries and Industrial Court matters). Compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Managing company employee programs and driving RBA assessments and managing LHR audits
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
