Job Summary

Lead and manage the overall implementation of HR strategic and tactical initiatives, aligning Group HR strategies with business unit and country-level operations to achieve business results.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic HR & Operations Management: Oversee HR budget and resource allocation, executing short-term and long-term HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  2. Talent & Performance Development: Drive talent management for critical leadership roles, including succession planning and performance management activities.
  3. Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to develop market-driven compensation strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  4. Organizational Effectiveness & Training: Implement organizational design changes to improve efficiency and execute training and development strategies.
  5. HR Service Delivery & Analytics: Manage HR services, systems, and tools to streamline processes, analyze HR metrics for decision-making, and lead engagement and change management initiatives.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies with measurable HR metrics.
  • Understanding of business levers for growth, change dynamics, and success factors.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex data to provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of strategic and tactical HR functions.
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR business partnering experience in shared services, IT, or technology industries.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shared service environment.
  • Based in Menara Ken TTDI with willingness to travel to The Ascent, Kelana Jaya.
