Job Summary
You will lead the planning, delivering, and continuous improvement of soft and essential skills development programs across DKSH. This global role involves hands-on facilitation of learning workshops, overseeing training operations, scheduling, and learning systems. As a core member of the Group L&D team, you will deliver high-impact training to diverse audiences, ensure effective execution of learning plans, and manage two direct reports responsible for LMS operations and data management. The role requires close collaboration with market L&D colleagues and HR Business Partners to maintain consistent delivery standards and high learner engagement across regions.
General Responsibilities
- Partner with market HR and peer trainers to identify global learning needs for soft and essential skills annually, setting key priorities and planning Group-level Train-the-Trainer sessions and workshops.
- Coordinate the Group-level soft and essential skills training calendar with peer trainers to ensure effective coverage, balanced workloads, resource alignment, and smooth operations, including accurate data capture and analysis.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to enhance facilitator capabilities and consistency.
- Provide coaching, observation, and feedback to internal trainers to uphold delivery standards and learner engagement.
- Deliver soft and essential skills training directly to employees, focusing on mid-level audiences across functions and regions.
- Support content and delivery improvement based on feedback and data insights, sourcing content or external vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with local L&D teams and HR Business Partners for smooth rollout and localized implementation of programs.
- Stay current with best practices in TTT, facilitation, and behavioral skills development, serving as a subject matter expert.
- Manage two direct reports responsible for LMS administration, data reporting, and digital learning support.
- Leverage training and system data to create and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and impact reports for L&D programs.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Expertise in L&D at an MNC level: needs diagnosis, roadmap development, instructional design.
- Experience in creating training content in various formats (classroom and digital).
- Delivery of in-person and virtual training in a multinational environment.
- Cultural sensitivity in international/cross-cultural settings.
- Technologically proficient: Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), online tools (Miro, Menti.com).
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Elucidat, Articulate, iSpring).
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems; familiarity with SuccessFactors LMS is a plus.
- Project management and training operations skills, analytical abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of other Asian languages is advantageous.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or recognized certificates in HR, L&D, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
