The Senior Manager, Group Finance plays a critical role in supporting the SVP, Group Finance in delivering accurate and insightful financial oversight across the group. This role will lead key controllership functions, ensure robust financial planning and reporting processes, and serve as a strategic partner to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with a solid background in audit, financial reporting, and commercial finance within a complex business environment.
Oversee all financial controllership activities including financial planning, financial analysis, reporting, and cash flow management for the Group.
Ensure a timely and accurate month-end closing process.
Drive the enhancement of the management reporting framework across business units.
Provide day-to-day financial support and insight to the SVP, Group Finance.
Review annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Analyse consolidated financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units.
Coordinate the Group’s annual external audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Maintain and strengthen internal financial processes, procedures, and controls.
Act as a technical resource on accounting matters for the wider finance team.
Mentor and support the professional development of finance team members.
Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and financial governance requirements.
Collaborate with external accounting teams to produce local statutory financial statements.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is required.
10–15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in external audit.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Demonstrated experience in internal controls and financial governance.
Familiarity with manufacturing and/or FMCG industries is highly desirable.
