Senior Manager, Group Finance

Your new role

1. Handle a wide range of financial responsibilities, including control, planning, reporting, analysis, and cash flow management for the group.
2. Ensure efficient month-end closing processes are implemented.
3. Oversee and improve the management reporting process for the Group, under the direction of the SVP Finance.
4. Assist the SVP Finance with daily financial tasks as needed.
5. Work with teams to identify opportunities for financial enhancement and cost reduction.
6. Review the Group's annual budget and periodic rolling forecasts.
7. Examine consolidated results and compare financial and operational outcomes against budgets, forecasts, and previous year’s results. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets.
8. Coordinate annual audits with external parties.
9. Develop and maintain internal processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and forecasts.
10. Provide accounting guidance to the Finance team.
11. Inspire and mentor the finance team, ensuring they receive regular training and updates on the group’s financial and reporting policies.
12. Offer financial governance and guidance to ensure proper accounting practices are followed. Collaborate with external accounting teams to deliver comprehensive local statutory accounting statements.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) would be a plus.
2. 10–15 years of finance experience
3. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions.
4. Solid understanding of accounting principles.
5. Detail-oriented with strong compliance and governance abilities.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong business acumen
