Your new role

  • Handle a wide range of financial responsibilities, including control, planning, reporting, analysis, and cash flow management for the group.
  • Ensure efficient month-end closing processes are implemented.
  • Oversee and improve the management reporting process for the Group, under the direction of the SVP Finance.
  • Assist the SVP Finance with daily financial tasks as needed.
  • Work with teams to identify opportunities for financial enhancement and cost reduction.
  • Review the Group's annual budget and periodic rolling forecasts.
  • Examine consolidated results and compare financial and operational outcomes against budgets, forecasts, and previous year’s results. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets.
  • Coordinate annual audits with external parties.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and forecasts.
  • Provide accounting guidance to the Finance team.
  • Inspire and mentor the finance team, ensuring they receive regular training and updates on the group’s financial and reporting policies.
  • Offer financial governance and guidance to ensure proper accounting practices are followed. Collaborate with external accounting teams to deliver comprehensive local statutory accounting statements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) would be a plus.
  • 10–15 years of finance experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong compliance and governance abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen
