A leading property developer in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Manager in Branding & Communications to own core brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in branding and marketing, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This position focuses on brand strategy, governance, and execution across various platforms, ensuring alignment in campaign objectives and stakeholder engagement. SENIOR MANAGER, GROUP BRANDING & COMMUNICATIONS

Operational Excellence

Ensure timely delivery of Setia brand campaigns and governance of brand assets.

Align internal and external teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

Manage agency relationships and oversee creative asset delivery.

Risk and Reputation Management

Institutionalize brand health tracking and sentiment analysis.

Monitor, report, and respond to brand risks.

Coordinate annual brand audits and surveys to assess and improve brand perception.

4. Brand Architecture and Governance

Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines and trademark usage policies.

Liaise with legal and procurement for approvals and documentation.

Oversee brand consistency across business units and touchpoints.

5. Campaign and Event Leadership

Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of festive campaigns, corporate events, and stakeholder activations.

Manage creative and media delivery with agencies like IPG.

Formulate and manage signature campaigns tailored to target audiences.

Talent Development and Team Building

Mentor junior staff and build internal branding capabilities.

Champion innovation in content formats and visual storytelling.

Ensure continuity through succession planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in branding, communications, or marketing.

• Proven track record in campaign management, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong understanding of brand governance, sentiment analysis, and creative direction.

• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
