OVERVIEW
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports to meet the reporting deadlines.
- To lead in the operation of reporting, taxation, transfer pricing and master data maintenance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to manager and executives to carry out their roles and responsibilities fully, timely and effectively.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Record to Report function, including group consolidation, ensuring smooth processes and timely reporting.
- Provide the management with financial and operating statements and reports to allow the review of the Company's financial performance and position.
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management report are reported on timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, tax, legal and secretarial duties
- Ensure an effective asset management and inventory control are in always placed.
- Manage investor relations by developing communication materials, engaging with the investment community, and aligning organizational strategies with investor expectations.
- Organize investor briefings, conferences and handle queries and feedback from the investment community
- Conduct financial analysis, produce reports/ statements and align organizational strategies with investor expectation to influence metrics, trends and sentiments
- Responsible to ensure timely and accurate report to relevant statutory reporting requirement.
- Preparation of annual budget, reviewing and analysing financial data and performance.
- Ensure the department's practices comply with the company's policy and procedures and meet relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with tax agents, external and internal auditors and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Take lead roles in ensuring the smooth & effective operation the company’s ERP system and that all reports generated are accurate & in accordance with financial report.
- Set KPI, conduct performance appraisals and develop the team to build capability and enhance performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in accounting, i.e. CPA, ACCA or CIMA or its equivalent
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experiences.
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with fast-moving products
