Senior Manager Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance to join the finance team at Hume Cement Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will oversee all financial operations and reporting for the company, playing a vital strategic role within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
2. Supervising and developing the finance team to ensure the efficient delivery of financial services
3. Providing strategic financial advice to the executive leadership team
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
5. Driving continuous improvement and automation of financial processes
6. Collaborating cross-functionally to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the cement or construction industry
2. Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
3. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
5. An analytical mindset with the ability to provide strategic financial insights
6. Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
