APM Automotive Holdings Berhad is a leading player in Malaysia's automotive components manufacturing market.

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Finance to help overseeing the finance department of Interior and Plastics Division in Bukit Beruntung. You will help to ensure timely submission of financial reports and compliance with financial guidelines and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial planning, forecasting, modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Plan and control the company's cash flow and other treasury matters.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, listing requirements, and applicable reporting standards.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
• To lead and accountable for preparation and finalization of the annual budget and business plan.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.
• Manage and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment to Group/Company objectives.
• Undertake other projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification such as ACVCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer literate with experience on ERP system and knowledge of MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. The successful candidate will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties (internal/external).
• At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in Finance with exposure in manufacturing field, preferably automotive industry.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, result oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor.
• Training and certification sponsored by thecompany.
