Role Description: Senior Manager, Cyber Security Consulting

As the Senior Manager, Cyber Security Consulting, you will lead the strategic execution of consulting and offensive security services at Cyber Sentinel. You will oversee a portfolio of complex cybersecurity engagements, develop client relationships at the executive level, and drive the delivery of innovative and risk-informed security solutions. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping our consulting practice, mentoring high-performing teams, and enhancing the firm’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of cybersecurity consulting and advisory projects across multiple sectors
• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-level risk assessments, gap analyses, and security architecture reviews
• Direct and supervise advanced offensive security operations, including Red Team engagements, ethical hacking, and VAPT activities
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance strategies and frameworks including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, CIS, and PDPA
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards, delivering insight on cybersecurity risk, governance, and program maturity
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and service offerings within the consulting practice
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SOC, GRC, engineering, and product teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive security solutions
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and thought leadership events
• Build and lead a high-performance consulting team, including talent development, mentoring, and performance management
• Monitor threat trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to inform internal strategies and client engagements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role
• Proven track record in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, offensive security operations, and strategic advisory engagements
• Deep expertise in risk management, cybersecurity architecture, Red Teaming, ethical hacking, and VAPT methodologies
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, and local data protection laws (e.g., PDPA)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present to and influence executive leadership
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals and risk appetite
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CRTP, CRTE, CEH, ISO 27001 LA/LI or equivalent are highly desirable
