  • Set up and oversee warehouse operations activities.
  • Establish customer rapport and improve service levels through progressive meetings focused on service improvement.
  • Resolve service level issues promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain performance measurements (KPIs) for both customer and internal activities to meet SLA and expectations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure Logistics Manager and Shift Manager fulfill their roles and responsibilities as per their job descriptions.
  • Ensure SOP compliance for all internal and external processes.
  • Ensure warehouse staff comply with company policies (safety, quality, etc.).
  • Submit management reports and attend management meetings.
  • Conduct Gemba walks on the warehouse floor to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead governance, reporting, and review frameworks for a holistic view of operational integration projects.
  • Take on assignments as directed by the General Manager of Logistics.
  • Assist the BD team in identifying opportunities for additional logistics business.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • At least eight years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, warehouse functions and layout, international logistics, transport, customs, or trade operations
  • Solid analytical skills in costing, P&L, and data analysis related to processes and systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of high performance without close supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in leading effective teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Ability to focus on key deliverables and prioritize results effectively
