ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Manager of Client Success, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and ensuring their success through strategic PPC campaigns. You’ll leverage your expertise in PPC to optimize campaigns, provide insights, and offer a premium level of service. This role is client-facing and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as you’ll collaborate with both internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Thai to engage effectively with Thai-speaking clients.

To be considered, candidates must be eligible to work in Malaysia.

ABOUT THERESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable PPC strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance reviews with clients to communicate progress, goals, and opportunities for optimization.
  • PPC Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive measurable business results.
  • Use your expertise to deliver strategic PPC recommendations based on data-driven insights, ensuring that clients’ campaigns align with their broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., digital marketing, analytics, and creative teams) to implement PPC strategies and initiatives.
  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Monitor PPC campaigns, analyze performance data, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide in-depth reporting and insights on campaign performance, budget utilization, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and KPIs to clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop strategies to resolve underperforming campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior client success and PPC team members.
  • Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Education & Upselling: Educate clients on the latest PPC trends, tools, and technologies, positioning NP Digital as a trusted partner for their ongoing digital marketing needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs, leading to long-term account growth and expansion.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
  • Proactively identify and manage potential risks to client success, working with internal teams to mitigate challenges.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role with a focus on PPC and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC tools/platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Thai is required to effectively communicate with Thai-speaking clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PPC certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) are highly desirable.
