Job description

To strategize, lead, implement, and monitor sales business operations within the Central Region, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while meeting revenue targets and operating within the allocated budget.

Key Accountability

Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to effectively deliver key outcomes and achieve revenue targets.

Provide strong leadership and support in formulating and implementing the annual business plan, focusing on revenue maximization and cost efficiency.

Lead the sales team to optimize route performance by driving initiatives in marketing, inventory management, and competitive pricing to enhance route profitability, yield, and load factors.

Monitor, analyze, and review sales performance, route profitability, cost of sales, and industry KPIs to proactively address any performance gaps.

Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including travel agents, media, corporate partners, tourism boards, and local authorities by attending industry events and representing the company\'s interests.

Foster a productive, efficient, and motivated team culture focused on achieving set KPIs and business goals, in a cost-effective manner.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with corporations, SMEs, and potential clients.

Stay updated on industry developments, including regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Travel, Hospitality Management, Aviation Management, or Business Management.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated record of success

Preferably with previous experience in regional sales management.

Personality Traits / Skill and Knowledge

Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience leading ticketing agents.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage high-volume reservation and ticketing operations while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
