Job Summary

• Strategy: Coordinate with leadership team and interfaces to define data quality solutions. Partner with business team to evaluate new ideas or initiatives initiated by technology or business team.
• Business: Manage digitization and automation programs to improve client experience. Collaborate with architects, solution engineers, and product teams to facilitate prospecting.
• Processes: Responsible for business delivery aligned with SCB's technology and project management frameworks, customizing as needed for specific Cash needs. Manage solutions delivery within timelines.
• People & Talent: Train and mentor junior team members with training documents and knowledge sharing sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance: Ensure audit engagement and process compliance. Maintain traceability for requirements and solutions.
• Regulatory & Business Conduct: Uphold the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines. Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance issues.
• Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Solution Leads, Development teams, and Program Management to support payment initiatives, standardize platforms, and ensure project success. Support testing and quality assurance.
• Scope & Solution: Manage scope in line with requirements and user stories. Document deviations with approvals. Contribute to architecture and technical solutions for large projects.
• Product Management: Manage payment and clearing applications, define requirements, and support project delivery. Engage with the business to identify trends and plan enhancements. Maximize technology investments and support milestone achievement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in payments domain: SWIFT, ISO 20022, ISO8583, RTGS/ACH, etc.
• Expertise in solution design, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SQL, Oracle, Java, Spring Boot, Cloud architecture, Hazelcast.
• Experience in product management/business analysis in financial or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work internationally and independently. Passionate about banking business.
