Job Responsibility
- Project management which involves leading the execution of required deliverables as the Workstream Head or Project Manager. This includes overseeing market and industry research to determine the project's viability and landscape, as well as coordinating various workstreams and engaging with senior leaders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Deal origination and negotiation encompass the identification, initiation, and management of investment and divestment opportunities. This responsibility includes negotiating with equity partners, business associates, and various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Financial and feasibility analysis requires designing and constructing financial models, performing feasibility studies, and conducting comprehensive due diligence. This includes financial, tax, legal, and ESG assessments to ensure that all investments and divestments are sound and viable.
- Performance monitoring and post-investment review involve tracking the performance of projects and reporting on strategic initiatives. This responsibility ensures that all post-investment activities are reviewed and analyzed to align with the groupâs broader strategic objectives.
- Corporate structure and optimization focus on evaluating equity structures, shareholding dynamics, and operational processes to maximize shareholder value. IT includes optimizing the capital structure, evaluating business processes, and addressing any operational challenges or bottlenecks.
- Risk and compliance oversight involves identifying and mitigating risks across operational, financial, legal, and regulatory areas. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with financial, legal, and business advisors is key to supporting corporate initiatives and mitigating potential risks.
Job Requirements
- â Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business , Engineering or Actuarial Science with minimum 5 years experiences. MBA is an added advantage. GLC background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
