Position: Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager – Finance

Age: not more than 50 years old.
Preference for Chinese candidates.

Job Description :

1. Provide leadership, direction, and management of the group finance and accounting team at subsidiary companies.
2. Support senior management with financial information and analysis for decision-making.
3. Manage forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, financial and tax planning, compliance with accounting standards, and tax regulatory requirements for the group and its subsidiaries.
4. Consolidate financial reporting for plants located in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
5. Prepare monthly EXCO reports (financial and analysis).
6. Prepare quarterly reports for BOD (financial and analysis).
7. Drive financial improvement and budgetary achievement at subsidiary level.
8. The listed job functions are not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or any equivalent professional qualification.
2. Minimum 6 years of working experience in a senior managerial role with experience in manufacturing finance/accounting. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years audit experience in an audit firm.
3. Positive and can-do attitude, good business partnership skills, and good communication skills.
