Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and craft marketing strategies for MR DIY Group brands and markets.
- Inspire, build and lead teams focused on branding, advertising, promotions (A&P), digital marketing, and design to create impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with country teams to adapt strategies to local markets, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all regions.
- Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness, implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Explore and incorporate emerging marketing trends to maintain MR DIY's competitive edge.
- Present monthly performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights to refine strategic approaches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a similar sector with proven track record of successfully managing multiple brands and leading global marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, A&P, and overall marketing strategy with strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
