Responsibilities

• Execute Management Accounting activities within Global Business Services.
• Conduct comprehensive business results analysis for entities.
• Manage accuracy and timeliness of management accounting records.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including site operations and finance teams.
• Participate in Management Accounting and reporting roadmap development.

YOUR ROLE

• Execute Management Accounting activities and tasks within Global Business Services.
• Conduct comprehensive business results analysis for entities by site/group, including inventory, expenses, product costing, manufacturing cost, unit cost, and project investment.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting records and reports.
• Support month-end closing processes for Management Accounting.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including site operations, business groups, finance teams, and central functions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Management Accounting and reporting transfer roadmap.
  
  

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a Global Business Services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Management Accounting or Cost Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
