Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.
• Plan and conduct on-the-job training from time to time as when necessary. On-the-job training shall conduct with commensurate to the level of education the employee.
• Managing the maintenance processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
• Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.
• To involve in stock-count and audit to ensure inventory data are recorded accurately.
• To arrange repair, service and maintain machineries, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation on production flow.
• Scheduling and overseeing preventive, repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure machineries and equipment always upkeep in good condition.
• Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
• In charge of all new and maintenance work on all electrical systems.
• Ensure that all new installation and maintenance work complies with all safety and legal requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in electrical and mechanical disciplines
• Perform effective maintenance troubleshooting to identify the problem, plan a response, test the solution, and resolve the problem to bring equipment back to operational status.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Evaluating equipment performance and recommending upgrades or replacements. It helps minimize downtime, enhance efficiency, and maintain a stable maintenance program.
• Managing facility & maintenance budget and expenses.
• Maintaining accurate records of facility & maintenance activities.
• Train and supervise employees of the facility & maintenance department.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
• Maintained documents and records for internal and external audit.
• To maintain proper filling for all respective document.
• Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
• Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Diploma & above in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or At least 5-8 years of working experience in maintenance management in manufacturing company.
• Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is a MUST.
• Hands-on technical support and maintenance ability with Plastic injection moulding machine, Compressor moulding machine.
• Solid knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance & Repair, Preventive Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance skills.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Other competences: Responsibility & independently, secrecy, attentive, agility
• Candidates must be able to communicate in Mandarin, as the role requires frequent coordination with our China headquarters.
