Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, customs, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing 3PLs, freight providers, customs brokers, warehouse controls, and operational improvement programs.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, EMS, industrial, or multinational manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, outbound, cross-border, warehouse, repair, return, and service logistics operations.
• Drive inventory accuracy, material traceability, warehouse controls, and scalable SOPs.
• Provide SME in Malaysia Customs requirements, including LMW, FIZ, bonded warehousing, and import/export declarations.
• Govern freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PL providers through SLAs and KPIs.
• Strengthen audit readiness, documentation controls, regulatory compliance, and logistics risk management.
• Improve cost, cycle time, service, space utilization, and resilience via analytics and digitization.
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to define and improve processes and automate workflows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
