Our client, an intelligent manufacturing automation system company is looking for an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to be part of their dynamic team!|

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end logistics operations and supporting regional supply chain activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating with external service providers, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade standards across the SEA and China regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and collaborate with external logistics partners to ensure service alignment with operational requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of goods while ensuring all activities comply with applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in setting up departmental workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the allocation of resources to meet key operational milestones and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance logistics performance across regional sites, focusing on service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and follow up on transportation schedules to ensure delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
• Contribute to the formulation of local logistics strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, while assessing current capabilities and identifying areas for development.
• Manage Global Trade services on product classification such as ECCN and HS Code.
• Evaluate and participate in contractual discussions with external logistics service providers, including performance reviews and partnership development.
• Ensure trade and customs compliance by keeping up to date with global regulations and shipment procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional logistics operations, including exposure to 3PL management and WMS.
