Qualifications

• Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services).
• At least 4 years of experiences in building management and M&E systems.
• Experience in painting, masonry, carpentry, and ironmongery works is advantageous.
• A4 Chargeman Certificate or higher is required.
• Competent Person certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations & Maintenance: inspect and maintain building services and infrastructure.
• Facilities Management Support: supervise maintenance contractors and verify work.
• Technical Inspection & Troubleshooting: diagnose faults and document findings.
• Fire Safety & Statutory Compliance: support inspections and regulatory compliance.
• New Development Operational Handover: assist in handover, defects inspections and documentation.
• Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance: ensure workplace safety and implement safety policies.
• Reporting & Documentation: maintain records and prepare monthly reports.
• Tenant liaison: respond to tenant issues and coordinate service requests.
