The role requires 5+ years in lithography and strong knowledge of Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, and scanner tools, with PM and FMEA experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a related engineering field; 5+ years in lithography production (coat, exposure, develop).
Strong knowledge of lithography equipment and tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel/Scanner).
Experience leading improvements, PM, FMEA, 8D, SPC and cost-saving projects.
Fluent in English and Malay (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own Litho equipment KPIs and ensure uptime, MBTF and OEE; apply predictive tools to prevent excursions.
Perform advanced machine troubleshooting; lead new tool setup, installation and qualification.
Develop PM guidelines, checklists, OCAP & FMEA documentation; ensure 5S and cleanroom safety compliance.
Lead internal projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (speed, cost, quality) and support process verification.
