Company and Job Overview
As one of the world's fastest growing end-to-end data centre providers and solutions located strategically in KL with presence across Singapore, the United Kingdom, Germany and APAC region.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory matters, including liaising with regulatory authorities.
  2. Provide legal advice and support for transactions, projects, and operations, including negotiating various contracts (construction, financing, customer/vendor).
  3. Manage dispute resolutions or investigations as they arise.
  4. Instruct and manage external counsels on various legal matters.
  5. Handle any other assigned matters from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law and Malaysia Law qualified.
  2. Has at least 10 years of related working experience in a law firm and/or in-house with preference in the data centre industry.
  3. Strong background in corporate and commercial matters, including project financing and construction.
  4. Experience in liaising with Malaysian regulatory authorities, which is advantageous.
  5. Willing to travel from time to time.
