  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with a focus on technology, commercial and procurement legal contracts.
  • Advise on legal and commercial risks, offering practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with group policies.
  • Maintain clear documentation and support knowledge retention through established processes.

about the requirements

  • Recognised Law degree with admission to the Malaysian BAR or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience, either in-house or with a reputable commercial law firm.
  • Excellent contract drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of corporate, commercial and contract law.
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively while upholding company policies and legal standards.
