Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution

Draft and file court pleadings, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents

Liaise directly with clients, offering clear advice and updates

Monitor and adhere to critical deadlines, court dates, and case milestones

Maintain organized files and case records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Work independently while collaborating with senior partners on strategy and case reviews

Requirements

3–5 years’ post-admission experience in Malaysian civil litigation

Good Bachelor's Degree in Law

Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations autonomously

Strong drafting skills for pleadings, affidavits, and court documents

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to deadlines and detail

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
