City University Malaysia seeks a Senior Lecturer to deliver postgraduate courses in strategic management, leadership, organizational change, innovation and research methodology. You will supervise DBA candidates and contribute to curriculum development with strong mentorship and industry-facing engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in business administration, has a proven track record of postgraduate teaching and scholarly publications, and brings experience supervising doctoral projects

Qualifications

• PhD or Doctorate in Business Administration or closely related discipline.
• Proven experience teaching at postgraduate/doctoral levels, particularly in executive or professional programs.
• Strong academic track record with published research in reputable journals (Senior Lecturer level).
• Experience supervising doctoral research and applied industry projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentorship skills.
• Industry experience or consultancy background will be an added advantage.
