Qualifications

• Ph.D. or DBA in OB/Leadership from an accredited institution.
• Strong research pipeline & scholarly achievements.
• Proven teaching excellence & service record.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Citations within the past 3 years.
• Scopus-indexed publications within the past 3 years.
• H-Index above 3.
• Experience in online/hybrid teaching.
• Track record of securing research grants.
• International academic/industry exposure (CPA, CFA, PMP, SFHEA, etc.)
• HRDC TTT certification preferred.
• Ability to integrate digital transformation & emerging trends into teaching.
• Strong international academic network.

Responsibilities
