You will develop curriculum, participate in curriculum development, contribute to accreditation, supervise students, and engage in research and professional development while upholding academic integrity.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent required from a recognised medical programme in Malaysia.
• Master's degree in Medical Education or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, small-group discussions and other teaching activities for the undergraduate MBBS programme.
• Facilitate PBL, CBL and other student-centred learning activities.
• Develop and deliver teaching materials aligned with the MBBS curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Apply teaching methods to enhance clinical reasoning and professional competencies.
• Participate in clinical skills teaching, simulation-based education and bedside teaching where applicable.
• Develop, review and moderate examination questions and assessment materials.
• Participate in OSCE/OSPE and other assessment activities.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain teaching records and documentation.
• Participate in programme meetings, academic committees and quality assurance activities.
• Provide mentoring and support to undergraduate medical students.
• Engage in CPD and maintain knowledge of medical education developments.
• Participate in accreditation and regulatory quality assurance activities.
