A leading educational institution in Cyberjaya invites applications for the position of Senior Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, mentoring, and conducting assessments while also participating in research and university committees.

Qualifications

At least a Master's holder in Pharmacy field.
3 years of working experience.
Clinical experience in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Conduct teaching in large and small groups and supervise research students.
Develop learning resources and conduct student assessments.
Mentor students and contribute to faculty committees.

Job Overview

Develop, create, and deliver lectures, and presentations. Plan and implement learning goals for students. Maintain and improve student evaluations.

Engage students in classroom discussions, active learning, and lab activities.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching responsibilities
To conduct large-class teaching, small-group facilitation, ward/clinic teaching as appropriate.
To develop learning resources / materials for students’ learning and assessment.
To conduct student assessments and invigilate examinations.
To plan and accompany students on educational visits.
To supervise research students.
Student personality development, student support / supervision
To mentor students.
To be a convenor of at least one co-curricular activities for students.
To participate in faculty Grand Reflection meetings.
Administration / service to UOC
To be a course coordinator upon appointment.
To contribute to Faculty / University committees.
To conduct student interviews / other university promotions.
Clinical services (Clinical lecturers only)
To provide clinical /patient care services as requested by training / Ministry of Health hospital/clinic.
Contribution to society, professional body, corporate etc
To contribute to professional consultancy & networking – international & local, as approved by Dean of Faculty.
Research & self-development
To participate in research, publication, conference, and training.
