RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching & Learning

• Design, prepare, and develop teaching materials; conduct classes, tutorials, and practicals; consult with students; invigilate, mark, and assess.
• Contribute to high-quality programme and curriculum development.
• Plan and implement teaching strategies to enhance student learning and motivation.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet college expectations.

Administration and Other Activities

• Attend departmental meetings, participate in committees and working groups.
• Engage in professional development activities.
• Maintain records of student performance and provide information and testimonials upon request.
• Participate in academic counselling during Open Days and promotional events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; Master's and PhD preferred.
• Experience teaching in AUSMAT is an advantage.
• Experience in higher education, curriculum development, coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Experience developing teaching methodologies and using IT technologies in teaching.
