Senior Leasing Executive, Leasing & Retail Management

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Leasing Executive to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leasing activities, supporting the full cycle from tenant sourcing to deal closure and documentation. This is a great opportunity to be part of a lean team with room to grow into a more managerial role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling end-to-end leasing – from lead generation to tenancy execution.
• Preparing proposals, lease documents, rental forecasts & occupancy reports for management.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date leasing records and ensuring timely renewals.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.
• Contributing to leasing strategy and planning.
• Assisting in supervising and managing sales reports for retail lots and kiosks in the mall.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and conducting site visits.
• Handling tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner in the interest of the company.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with legal, facility management, fit-out, project, and finance/credit control teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing deals.
• Liaise with project team to align tenant requirements with fit-out and handover specifications.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Business Studies/Estate Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Efficient, accurate, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Team player.
• Based in a Retail Mall property – Sarawak region.
