Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer in Bayan Lepas, Penang to lead design and development of mechanical solutions for our products.

You will architect, model, simulate, prototype and drive design for manufacturing across teams. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in mechanical design, strong CAD skills (Creo/SolidWorks), DFx and tolerance analysis, and experience with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of mechanical product design experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional design and manufacturing transitions.
• Fluent in English; able to work in international team.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design and implementation of mechanical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing.
• Support proposals, planning and cost estimation.
