Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Specialist in Integral Life Delivery Management to lead the development, deployment and ongoing support of Integral Life Applications to meet business requirements. The role includes requirements gathering, impact analysis, coding, unit testing, UAT support and deployment, while adhering to SDLC standards and security/compliance guidelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in life insurance application development using Integral Life/Life Asia

Qualifications

Degree in IT or related areas.
Has minimum 5 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.
Intermediate knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SMART/400, Control Language and SQL development.
Fast learner with strong analytical and impact analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development, deployment and support of Integral Life applications following SDLC standards.
Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, propose solutions, code, test and deploy (BAU and Projects).
Deliver system work within defined scope, timeline and quality.
Provide production incident/support on SDLC-related issues when needed.
Share progress with management and provide updates on activities.
