Senior/Lead ERP Functional Consultant (Manufacturing)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead ERP Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system for our manufacturing plant in Bangi, Malaysia.

This is a contract role of 12 months with an attractive daily rate.

We prefer someone who has solid experience in ERP implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a global team to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Project Planning and Management:
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team.
  Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability from both IT and business teams.
  Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in implementing ERP systems at manufacturing sites, covering functional areas such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, procurement, and supply chain management.
