Qualifications
- 2 years sales experience for SPM holders or 1 year for Diploma/Degree holders.
- Strong interest in sales and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in languages relevant to customer base including Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new dealers and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Perform KYC and due diligence for dealer on-boarding.
- Review dealer performance and propose new credit limits.

What you will do:
- To acquire new dealers (including but not limited to Dealer Financing product) through established partnership nationwide or any other sales channels
- To handle any inquiries and/or complaints of dealers and provide recommendations/solutions to the issues.
- To encourage financing utilization by paying visitation to car dealers.
- To establish and perform a detail Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence for every on-boarding application.
- To arrange for signing of facility agreement with dealers.
- To review existing facility and performance of dealers and propose new credit limit (if applicable and relevant) over existing portfolio.
- Contribute to process improvement relating to assigned financing products.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
What we are looking for:
- SPM holders with minimum 2 years sales experience OR Diploma/Degree holders with minimum 1 year sales experience
- Has strong interest and passionate in sales line
- Has the ability to work in a team and independently
- Meticulous and able to deliver task or targets/KPIs within agreed time frame.
- Has own transport and able to travel out of Klang Valley (if needed) for site visitation.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, speaking and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
- Able to speak in Mandarin or other dialect due to our customer base
