Responsibilities

• LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (LAWYER) – SENIOR/JUNIOR CONVEYANCING (KL) — Responsible to liaise with client, banker, agent, developers and various government bodies. Handle sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters. Maintain and update file status on operating system. Ensure a high level of confidentiality. Attend to client, correspondences, prepare status reports and other tasks as assigned by the firm.
• CONVEYANCING CLERK (KL) — Liaise with client, banker, agent, developers, various government bodies and firm lawyer. Assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents. Assist on sub-sales, developer project, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters. Maintain and update file status on operating system. Ensure a high level of confidentiality. Attend to client, correspondences, prepare status reports and other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Conveyancing Lawyer (KL) – Senior/Junior — Junior with or without working experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply; training will be provided). Able to handle developer project or SPA, loan documentation and other conveyancing works. Good communication and drafting skill on SPA. Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision. Able to work as a team and be proactive.
• Conveyancing Clerk (KL) – Senior/Junior — Junior with or without working experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply; training will be provided). Able to handle Developer Project or SPA, loan documentation and other conveyancing works. Minimum Diploma qualification. Able to work as a team and be proactive. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
