An Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing long-term client relationships. Account Executives work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. They are responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, products, and services to offer strategic advice to clients and contribute to the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
Manage and handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls in compliance with local statutory requirements.
Oversee all stages of the property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring that all paperwork, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately.
Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax, and statutory obligations.
Track client progress and provide regular reports to management on account status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
A Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a Professional Qualification.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using E Soft and Million accounting systems is an added advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
