An Senior / Junior Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing long-term client relationships. Account Executives work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. They are responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, products, and services to offer strategic advice to clients and contribute to the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with LCCI accounting standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective accounting procedures, policies, and internal controls in compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Oversee all stages of the property transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring that all paperwork, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately.
- Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax consultants, solicitors, bankers, company secretaries, and other professionals, to ensure compliance with all audit, tax, and statutory obligations.
- Track client progress and provide regular reports to management on account status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a Professional Qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, particularly in managing a full set of accounts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using E Soft and Million accounting systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
