Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves participating in all phases of the software development life cycle, conducting software analysis, and maintaining applications post-implementation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with back-end application development experience in Java and Spring Boot frameworks. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a must due to client communications.

This position is hybrid, with office locations in Bukit Jalil and Bayan Lepas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in software development.
• Exposure to full system development life cycle and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with database systems and middleware integration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Maintain and support application post-implementation activities.

• Work closely with clients to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
