Summary
The Senior Specialist, IT Solutions provides business, process and technical expertise to teams that are responsible for assessing, designing, delivering and supporting IT solutions to clients and customers. The Senior IT Solution Specialist will also have the experience and responsibility to ensure that solution team members that are external to IT or even Celestica will also provide quality input and deliverables in a way that meets Celestica's overall goals and requirements, and will need to manage relationships and negotiate and resolve conflict when necessary. The Senior IT Solution Specialist will have the knowledge and experience to establish goals and strategies in areas of speciality.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environment.
• At least 7 years’ experience as SAP functional support roles
• Expert functional business process is an advantage
• Exposure to system integration via EDI/ALE/IDOC/Ariba
• Strong communication with varying levels of audiences both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
