Job summary

Celestica in Penang is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Solutions to lead cross-functional teams in designing, delivering and supporting IT solutions for clients and Celestica.

You will shape strategy, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee solution architecture across domains, and drive adherence to governance, SDLC and delivery lifecycles. The role requires 11–14 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as CISSP or CISA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CISSP/CISA a plus.
• 11–14 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Expert knowledge of IT process, governance and delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to align solution strategy.
• Provide solution architecture guidance in IT/Business domains.
• Oversee IT process governance and SDLC practices.
• Guide technologies such as SAP, .NET, Azure.
• Oversee and mentor teams, including contractors.
• Drive issue escalation and action plans with leadership.
