Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives. You will define scope, build plans, manage cross-functional teams locally and regionally, and ensure projects meet regulatory standards and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT project management within banking or financial services, with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, and strong communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years IT project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and tech ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and internal processes.
