Job description

Manage IT team and provide hardware and software maintenance (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM).

Address hardware/software faults/issues promptly to ensure service availability.

Design reports using Business Intelligence tools.

Assist MIS team with troubleshooting desktops, notebooks, servers, and telecommunication devices to maximize uptime and system performance.

Maintain and schedule system housekeeping for servers, workstations, and related applications.

Handle any ad hoc assignments from management.

Requirements:

• Professional Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology) or equivalent.
• Skills: ERP, POS, CRM, BI, WAN, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
