Manage IT team and provide hardware, software maintenance (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM).
Address hardware/software faults/issues in a timely manner ensuring no impact to service availability.
Design reports using Business Intelligence tools.
Handle and assist MIS team on troubleshooting desktops, notebooks, servers, and telecommunication devices for the group of companies to ensure maximum uptime and optimal system performance.
Maintain and schedule periodic system housekeeping for servers, workstations, system databases, or any other related applications to ensure stable system performance.
Handle any ad hoc assignment from management.
Requirements:
Possess a Professional Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent).
Ability to work independently and under pressure of deadlines and targets.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Display a strong attention to detail providing timely and accurate output.
Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret research data accurately.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
