Job summary

Etika Malaysia seeks an experienced Manager to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), data centres, and security. The role ensures availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure services.

You will lead ITSM governance, vendor management, incident response, and continuous service improvement initiatives, driving performance and operational excellence across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of IT infrastructure, cloud, or operations experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, storage, and data centre operations.
• Hands-on Azure or other cloud platforms with infrastructure services, networking, and DR.
• Solid cybersecurity principles including firewall management and identity management.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
• Experience in managing vendors and infrastructure-related projects.
• Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• ITIL, Azure or related infra certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure environment to ensure availability, reliability, performance, and security.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and change management per ITIL.
• Manage IT assets and Ivanti Neurons governance.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver on SLA and compliance.
• Monitor cloud resources and maintain documentation and dashboards.
